Purpose目的：
To check the maximum dimensions of the screw thread and dimension T1 minimum of caps on finished lamps.
檢查成品燈燈頭螺紋zui大尺寸和T1的小值
Testing 測(cè)試方法：
When the cap on a finished lamp has been screwed into the gauge as far as it will go, the center contact shall be co-planar with, or project beyond, surface X.
當(dāng)成品燈上的燈頭wan全旋入量規(guī)內(nèi)時(shí)，燈頭中心觸點(diǎn)應(yīng)與X面共面或凸出X面。
E26燈頭止規(guī) 7006-29L-4
Purpose目的：
To check the minimum outside (major) diameter of the screw thread.
檢查成品燈燈頭螺紋小外徑.
Testing 測(cè)試方法：
When the gauge is placed over the thread of the cap on a finished lamp, held cap uppermost, the center contact shall not project beyond surface “X”. Only the weight of the gauge itself shall be used in the test.
當(dāng)量規(guī)套在成品燈的燈頭螺紋上時(shí)，燈頭中心觸點(diǎn)不應(yīng)凸出量規(guī)的X面，見嚴(yán)禁利用量規(guī)的自身重量進(jìn)行。
E26燈頭接觸性能規(guī) 7006-29-3
Purpose目的：
To check lamp dimensions for contact making in IEC holders.
檢驗(yàn)燈在燈座中有關(guān)接觸性能的尺寸。
Testing 測(cè)試方法：
The shape of the lamp with regard to the fit in the lampholder is assured to be correct. If the lamp can be pushed into the gauge till plane W reaches plane V or project beyond it.
如果燈插入量規(guī)時(shí)，W面可與應(yīng)V面共面或凸出V面，則可認(rèn)為燈的形狀與燈座的配合是合格的。
For E26/24 capped lamps, when surfaces V and W are coincident, the of the cap including any solder or conductive material, shall not extend above surface X.
對(duì)于E26/24燈頭的燈，當(dāng)V面與W面共面時(shí)，燈頭頂部的焊錫或任何導(dǎo)電部分不能升出X面。
E26燈頭防意外接觸規(guī) (防觸電) 7006-29A-2
Purpose目的：
To check protection against accidental contact during insertion of caps E26d on finished lamps.
檢驗(yàn)成品燈上E27燈頭在插入時(shí)防止意外接觸性能。
Testing 測(cè)試方法：
The shape of the lamp with regard to protection against accidental contact is assumed to be correct if, when the lamp is pushed as far as possible into the gauge, surface W does not protrude beyond surface V.
如果燈頭wan全插入量規(guī)時(shí)，W面沒有凸出V面，則可認(rèn)為燈的防意外接觸性能是合格的。
