1、FITC：激發波長488nm，zui大發射波長525nm。
1）其標記的抗體適用于所有配備488nm氬離子激光器的流式細胞儀；
2）在流式細胞儀的FL1通道檢測；
3）可用于熒光顯微鏡技術
4）熒光強度易受PH值影響，PH值降低時其熒光強度減弱。
2、Alexa Fluor 488：激發波長488nm，zui大發射波長519nm。
1）其標記的抗體適用于所有配備488nm氬離子激光器的流式細胞儀；
2）在流式細胞儀的FL1通道檢測；
3）具有超乎尋常的光穩定性，非常適用于熒光顯微鏡技術；
4）在較寬的PH值范圍內保持穩定（PH4～10）。
3、Cy3：激發波長488nm，zui大發射波長570nm。
1）其標記的抗體適用于所有配備488nm氬離子激光器的流式細胞儀；
2）在流式細胞儀的FL2通道檢測；
3）適用于熒光顯微鏡技術；
4）為小分子染料，非常適合需小分子染料的流式細胞術，熒光強度低于PE。
4、Cy5：激發波長633/635nm，zui大發射波長670nm。
1）其標記的抗體適用于所有配備633nm氬離子激光器的流式細胞儀；
2）在流式細胞儀的FL4通道檢測；
3）適用于熒光顯微鏡技術；
4）同樣為小分子染料，非常適合需小分子染料的流式細胞術，熒光強度低于APC。
5）與單核和粒細胞非特異性結合多，易出現假陽性結果。
5、PE：激發波長488nm，zui大發射波長575nm。
1）其標記的抗體適用于所有配備488nm氬離子激光器的流式細胞儀；
2）在流式細胞儀的FL2通道檢測；
3）其熒光泯滅性強，不適用于傳統的熒光顯微鏡技術，但適用于激光共聚焦顯微鏡技術。
6、PE-TR：激發波長488nm，zui大發射波長615nm。
1）在Beckman Coulter流式細胞儀的FL3通道檢測；
2）可適用于小功率激光器的流式細胞儀，也可使用于大功率激光器的大流式細胞儀。
7、PE-Alexa Fluor 610：激發波長488nm，zui大發射波長628nm。
1）在Beckman Coulter流式細胞儀的FL3通道檢測；
2）熒光強度高；
3）可適用于小功率激光器的流式細胞儀，也可使用于大功率激光器的大流式細胞儀。
