1. 450±10nm濾光片的酶標儀(建議儀器使用前提前預熱)；
2. 單道或多道微量加液器及吸頭；
3. 稀釋樣品的EP管；
4. 蒸餾水或去離子水；

6. 盛放洗液的容器。

1、底物是光敏感的，要在臨用前現配；
2、檢測前，要打開酶標儀，使之穩定10分鐘以上；
3、底物有一定的毒性，終止液對皮膚有腐蝕性，應盡量避免接觸；
4、待檢樣品要澄清，否則會影響結果；
5、溫浴時間應遵守試劑盒規定；
6、應盡量做雙孔實驗，這樣才能保證數據的準確性；
7、對結果有疑問的樣品要用其它方法進行確證 。

試劑盒安全性： 
1. 避免直接接觸終止液和底物A、B，一旦接觸到這些液體，請盡快用水沖洗。
2. 實難中不要吃喝、抽煙或使用化妝品。
3. 不要用嘴吸取試劑盒里的任何成份。

小鼠CD83分子(CD83)ELISA試劑盒深圳子科生物技術原理
   (1). 抗原或抗體的固相化及抗原或抗體的酶標記。
   (2). 結合在固相載體表面的抗原或抗體仍保持其免疫學活性。
   (3). 酶標記的抗原或抗體既保留其免疫學活性，又保留酶的活性。
   (4). 受檢標本與固相載體表面的抗原或抗體起反應。再加入酶標記的抗原或抗體，也通過反應而結合在固相載體上。
   (5). 此時固相上的酶量與標本中受檢物質的量呈一定的比例。
   (6). 加入酶反應的底物后，底物被酶催化成為有色產物，產物的量與標本中受檢物質的量直接相關，故可根據呈色的深淺進行定性或定量分析。測定方法具有很高的敏感度（pg-ng/ml水平），并且重復性好。以免疫學反應為基礎，將抗原、抗體的特異性反應與酶對底物的催化作用相結合起來的一種敏感性很高的試驗技術；
