Product description :
ZCA vacuum solenoid valves are suitable for vacuum equipment to do two lines switched off type actuators. It is widely used in food, metallurgical and other industries vacuum system piping.

Installation instructions:
1 . Should be read carefully before installing the product manual, check whether the product is in full compliance with the requirements, familiar with the installation point , ready to work .
2 . Install the solenoid valve coil up and maintain the vertical position , the arrow on the valve or pipe markers should be consistent with the flow , shall not be installed in a place where splashing or leaks .
3 . Before taking over 0.3MPa pressure on the pipeline with fully flush the pipeline sealing material metal powder residue , rust , etc. compley cleared ; working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free particles ; former impurities , it is recommended to install a filter valve , steam piping installation trap ; within water solenoid valves and dirt on the surface of the filter should be cleaned regularly .
4 . When the solenoid valve failure, in order to prompt isolation solenoid valve , and to ensure the normal operation of the system , it is best to install a bypass device .
5. Do not install the solenoid valve in the pipeline lower recesses to avoid condensation of water vapor , precipitation and other impurities in the valve and prevent movement .
6. Common type solenoid valve can not use in explosive hazardous areas .
7 . In less than rigid pipe , it is recommended to use solenoid valve bracket around the pipe , causing the valve to prevent vibration work .
8. Before and after the solenoid valve pressure gauge mounted on the pipe need to observe .
