該設(shè)備由一種*的耙齒結(jié)構(gòu)組裝成回轉(zhuǎn)格柵鏈，在電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)下，格柵鏈與水流方向成逆向回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)。原水流經(jīng)格柵時(shí)，各類固體雜質(zhì)被截留在篩網(wǎng)上，在電機(jī)和減速器驅(qū)動(dòng)下，耙齒鏈下行，呈張開趨勢(shì)；當(dāng)耙齒鏈達(dá)到渠底，在導(dǎo)向輪的作用下，耙齒鏈將柵渣耙入；當(dāng)耙齒鏈運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)到設(shè)備的上部時(shí)，所載雜質(zhì)依靠自身重力從耙齒上剝落，而粘在耙齒上的雜質(zhì)會(huì)被清掃器不斷清除，并滑入容器或傳輸帶，在完成排渣后，在導(dǎo)向輪作用下，耙齒鏈下行，進(jìn)入下一個(gè)工作循環(huán)。

the original flow through the grille,all kinds of solid impurities were closure in the sieve,
downstream of the motor and gear drive ,chain harrow teeth,was open trend;rake tooth chain
to reach the channel bottom ,in the role of guide wheel tooth harrow,chain harrow into the gate slag;when the rake tooth chain running to the upper part of the equipment contained in impurities on their own gravity to peel off from the harrow teeth,impurities stick to the rake teeth will be cleaner continue to clear and slide container or conveyor belts.After the completion of the slag under the guide wheel rake tooth chain downstream,into the next work cycle.
