冷凍式空氣干燥機
◆ 工作原理 Working principle
冷干機是根據冷凍除濕原理,利用全封閉壓縮式制冷系統,對經空壓機排出的壓縮氣體冷卻降溫,使其中所含的大量飽和水蒸氣、油霧凝結液滴,經過經汽水分離后由自動排水器排出,在較高溫度的飽和壓縮氣體進入冷干機的預冷器,在預冷器中與來自蒸發器的干冷氣體進行熱交換,降低溫度后進入制冷系統的蒸發器,與冷媒汽進行第二次熱交換,使本身溫度降到接近于冷媒的蒸發溫度,在兩次降溫過程中,壓縮氣體中的水蒸汽得以凝結成液態水滴并隨氣流進入氣水分離器,分離下來的液態水經自動排水器排出機外,溫度較低的干燥壓縮氣體進入預冷器,與剛進入的濕飽和氣體進行熱交換,使本身溫度得到提高,從而在冷干機排氣口得到含水量較低(即露點較低)、相對濕度也很低的干燥壓縮氣體。冷凍式干燥機由于工作可靠、管理方便、運行費用低廉而成為各行業空壓站房凈化設備的機型。
