  FYO型泵是我公司針對含有一定固體顆粒介質而研制開發的一種新型液下式磁力驅動泵，該型泵參照美國石油學會API685標準設計，具有全密封、無泄漏、無污染、抗磨損、耐腐蝕能力強、安全可靠、使用壽命長等特點，適用于含有雜質顆粒、具有腐蝕性、易燃易爆及有毒介質的輸送，可廣泛應用于石油化工、精細化工、冶金、電力等行業。
FYO型泵通過內外磁轉子進行耦合傳動，隔離套將內磁轉子密封在泵腔內，運用磁力密封與外部潔凈液體強制循環或氣體阻隔密封組合，從根本上解決了含固體顆粒介質的輸送難題。
適于輸送低固相、分散的固體顆粒懸浮液，是一種典型的可輸送含固體顆粒物的液下式磁力泵。
  FYO Pump is a new type vertical sludge type magnetic driven pump developed by our company for media containing certain amount of solid particles. It has been designed by referencing API685 standards. It features full sealing, no leakage, no contamination, resistance to wear, strong resistance to corrosion, high safety and reliability, and long service life. It is suitable for transmission of corrosive, inflammable, explosive, and toxic media containing impurity particles. It can be widely used for petrochemical engineering, fine chemical engineering, metallurgy, and electric power, among other industries.
FYO pump adopts internal and external magnetic rotors for coupled drive. An isolation sleeve seals the internal magnetic rotor inside pump cavity and magnetic sealing is combined with forced circulation of external clean liquid or gas obstructed sealing, essentially solving the difficult problem of transmission of media containing solid particles.
This pump is suitable for transmission of low solid phase, disperse solid particles suspension liquid. It is a typical submerged magnetic pump capable of transmission of liquid containing solid particles.

結構說明 Description of structure

FYO型泵主要由泵頭、磁驅部件、電機和底板部分組成，整機為機泵一體，立式液下式懸吊結構。該型泵的結構有以下特點：
1、立式、液下式、磁力驅動、軸向吸人、軸向排出，占地面積小。
2、通過磁性聯軸器驅動，磁力驅動隔離密封與外部潔凈液體強制循環或氣體阻隔密封組合配置，做到全密封、無泄漏。
3、磁力驅動部件位于泵的上端，與輸送的含固相液體不接觸，不會被磨損破環，壽命長，安全可靠。
4、軸向力利用流體力學原理自動平衡。
5、優化的葉輪水力設計，適宜含雜質、含固體顆粒的物料輸送。
6、葉輪水力設計配套動力密封運行，防止了汽蝕破壞，在邊界條件下都是安全的。
7、泵的結構可以實現長時間干運轉，磁傳動及軸承部件壽命長。
8、泵入口處于系統的位，排除泵內積液比較方便和迅速。
9、泵及電機裝配好之后整體被懸掛固定在底板上，安裝方便。
FYO pump mainly comprises a pump head, a magnetic drive, a motor, and a base plate. It adopts an integrated vertical submerged suspension structure, which features the following:
1. Vertical submerged type, magnetic drive, axial suction, axial discharge, small lａnd area occupied;
2. Driven by magnetic coupling; isolated and sealed magnetic drive combined with forced circulation of external clean liquid or gas obstructed sealing, realizing full sealing and no leakage;
3. The magnetic drive is located at upper end of the pump, not in contact with the conveyed liquid containing solid phase, hence not subject to wear, and having long service life and high safety and reliability;
4. Automatic balance of axial force using the principle of fluid mechanics;
5. Optimized impeller hydraulic design suitable for transmission of materials containing impurities and solid parties;
6. Impeller hydraulic design matches power seal operation, preventing cavitation pitting, hence safe under boundary conditions;
7. Pump structure fully allows dry operation for long periods and magnetic drive and bearings have long service life;
8. Pump inlet is on the lowest part of the system, allowing quick and convenient discharge of liquid accumulated in the pump;
9. Assembled pump and motor will be hung and fixed on the base plate as a whole, allowing easy installation.
