Technical advantages
(1) The whole storage tank adopts steel lined plastic tank metal shell, using automatic numerical control laser blanking, to ensure dimensional accuracy and flatness of the plate.
(2) Argon welding is used to protect the tank and cover the surface with submerged arc welding to ensure beautiful weld (no splash) and welding strength (high penetration). In the manufacturing process, the standard is strictly implemented: NB/T47003.1-2009 "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessel".
(3) After rolling molding of the tank, the nozzle flanges are solid and fully integrated. The hole opener is used to open the hole. The flange surface is polished and smooth.
